2nd Home Adult Medical Day Care is an alternative program that enables participants to live at home in the evenings and on the weekends while receiving individualized care for their medical, nursing, social, rehabilitative and personal needs at our centers, Monday through Friday.

2nd Home Adult Medical Day Care offers an individualized plan of care to meet the needs of each participant who attends on a scheduled basis. All services are administered by our friendly and caring bi-lingual staff. Medical director (MD) of the program who assures that the participants private physicians orders are strictly followed.

All of our 2nd Home Adult Medical Day Care Centers are licensed by the State Department of Health and we are a proud member of the New Jersey Adult Day Services Association (NJADSA) and the National Adult Day Care Association.
