Had me waiting for over 40 minutes and after seeing other patients had been called on by nurses but I kept on waiting, I went to ask why the wait was so long. Come to fine out the doctor had not showed up, mind you the front desk people had been told who I was there to see. This isn't the first time they waste my time and when requesting the change of doctor, they said I'd HAVE to call to make the request and that it wasn't guaranteed. Wow! Do not recommend!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Can never get in to see a doctor. Heaven forbid you have to walk. You have to 5 to 6 hours!

Had a scheduled 10 am appointment today and after 40 minutes of waiting they finally called me up to the window to say that the doctor wasn't even there. Why didn't they know this when I checked in. They had been sending me reminders all week about my appointment so I wouldn't be late. Then the next appointment isn't for another 4 weeks. They obviously don't have proper systems to keep it straight. Also to add to this two of the staff members were goofing off and pushing each other's chairs around scooting across the floor because they obviously had nothing to do.

I am making this review after seeing a number of negative reviews. This is not my experience. I find the staff to be very professional and competent. I was diagnosed with a rare inflammatory skin disorder that is often missed by even dermatologists. The average time from symptoms to diagnosis is 7 years. The nurse practitioner that diagnosed me did so after 2 visits. This past year and half has been very stressful for frontline medical teams. Some of the complaints listed here I don't think are taking into account the hurdles this clinic has had to jump to keep patients and staff safe. They have done an exceptional job.

DONT GO HERE! I'd leave 0 stars if I could. I have a high risk pregnancy and have had miscarriages in the past. I brought up my concerns for being high risk when I confirmed this pregnancy and was told there was nothing that could be done for me and my appointment was scheduled for 4 weeks out. I called and asked if I could have blood work done to check my levels and for potential thyroid problems and was told NO and hung up on.

I've transferred my care to another provider in Asheville and they were appalled by how I was treated especially being a high risk pregnancy. Don't go here, they don't care and are blatantly denied me care that could save my pregnancy.

They have a number of "process" issues- long hold times on the phone, not responding to emails sent through their own portal, failing to notify before sending a referral to a specialist, etc. Today I had an 11 AM appointment. Ushered in at 11:20, BP checked, and "doctor will be right in". 45 minutes later, I just got up and left. I won't be back. I will find a smaller practice that can pay better attention to its patients. Tried to give them another chance and booked an appointment. Needed to reschedule it- the doctor's next available appointment is *32 days* out. Time to find a new practice.
