Report
I can't get anyone to respond to me. I have sent them two messages, and also called and got an answering center who wouldn't talk to me unless I had a bill number, which I don't - that is part of the problem I am trying to resolve. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.especially as all I am trying to do is pay them.

Report
This company NEVER sent me a bill and never attempted to file my lab work under my insurance. However, they did put my account in collections and cause me to spend countless hours on the phone trying to track them down through the rude and sketchy collection agency they hired. I recently got out of the hospital and days of my recovery time have been spent trying to even get this company to answer thier phone and figure out why billing is so incompetent.
