Delta Eye Medical Group is a full-service ophthalmology practice with three locations in Central California (Stockton, Lodi, and Tracy). The origins of the group go back to the early 1970's when Dr. Robert Hopkins went on a medical mission trip to India, and Dr. Alan Nakanishi came to fill in for him. When Dr. Hopkins came back in 1973, the two started Delta Eye Medical Group, and the physicians have continued the commitment to medical missions while providing complete state-of-the-art medical and surgical eye care for all ages.

Delta Eye Medical Group has been serving patients for almost four decades in San Joaquin Valley. It is comprised of five Board Certified ophthalmologists and two licensed optometrists who are dedicated to state of the art comprehensive medical and surgical eye care and vision services. The group practice has three locations in Central California, serving communities in Lodi, Stockton and Tracy; with Optical dispensaries in each office. A few years ago, I decided to have laser eye surgery to correct my lifelong problem with nearsightedness.
Julio Narvaez

The physicians at Delta Eye are pleased to introduce to you their colleague, Dr. Julio Narvaez. Dr. Narvaez has been a full Professor of Ophthalmology at Loma Linda University School of Medicine where he has been a faculty member since 2003. Dr. Narvaez graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1992 receiving the Roger Barnes Humanitarian Award, and membership into the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society (top 10% of his class).
On-Tat Lee

On-Tat Lee, M.D is a California native but has spent his whole life living and studying in various locations in the state. Dr. Lee received his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley before studying medicine at UC Davis. He then completed his medical internship at UCSF Fresno and ophthalmology training at the USC Roski Eye Institute.
