Visited Dr. Cooper's Optical Department again, which is always my favorite place to get glasses. Jenny and her co-workers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The Optical Department is by appointment-only, and has nice arrangements to ensure safety.

New to the office. Have full insurance through VSP. Had to pay $90 for my 7 year old son eye exam. I have been wearing glasses for 30 years and never paid $90 for an eye exam out of pocket after insurance - typically pay $25 at other optometrists. Good physician service but the bill left a bad taste.

Dr Cooper is great, but the front office people are incredibly rude as well as the people working in the eyeglass/frames dept. I've spend HUNDREDS of $$ on glasses for my kid- after 2 years still they can't get them right and want me to pay more $$ to try to correct the problem. So, I have a worthless pair of sports goggles for my kid that cost me about $500 over the course of 2 years and 3 visits. They were supposed to call me this week with updates, so far I haven't heard form anyone. Very disappointing. Unfortunately will now have to look for another pediatric eye Dr.
