Doctors Care opened in 1981 as the first minor emergency medical center in Columbia, S.C., offering urgent and family care services with flexible evening and weekend hours. Today we grown to a network of more than 50 locations across South Carolina, providing timely, convenient health care services.

And it doesn't always happen between 9 and 5, Monday through Friday. That's why Doctors Care provides urgent care that's available immediately and without an appointment at all locations, seven days a week, with extended hours. If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical emergency, such as major head trauma, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, or loss of consciousness, you should go directly to the ER or call 911 immediately.

That's why our comprehensive health care covers unexpected illnesses, minor emergencies and routine checkups, to keep every member of your family feeling their best. A select group of common immunizations - Available at most locations; contact your closest center for details. Whether you are traveling for business or personal reasons, Doctors Care will help you prepare and protect your health while you are abroad. Doctors Care has board certified physicians with expertise in travel medicine who are specially certified to administer specific foreign illness vaccines. Our services include pre and post consultations, immunizations and other preventive health recommendations and services customized to your needs.
