Be afraid, be very afraid of this Doctor Jawahar L. Taunk Do not walk away, run away while you still can. This man damaged me horrifically in a botched IRC procedure and then threw me out of his practice when I questioned the damage he had done to me. This doctor turned my life into a living nightmare that you cannot possibly imagine. Save yourself, save the ones you love boycott this doctors practice.

This review is in regard to the scheduling of my tests. The lady that scheduled my tests didn't get the proper approval from my insurance. The anethesia nurse was not in my insurance network, and I got stuck with a $1985 bill. Nor was I informed prior to the test that an anethesia nurse would be present. I tried to explain my insurance requirements and basically was told she knew what she was doing, which caused me to be schedule at a different facility that originally planned. The first facility was in my insurance network.

Wrong blood tests were ordered by Dr Humphreys medical assistant, but I still had to pay Quest Diagnotics (twice). Office staff never answers phones or returns call messages.

Dr. Humphreys has great bedside manner. He takes time to explain things thoroughly in terms that are easily understood. He seems to genuinely care for the health and well being of his patients. He is my favorite doctor by far! So thankful I found him. Frankie, his medical assistant is great as well. So blessed!

Everyone's priorities are different, but personally I felt that all the important things at this office were great. Check-in is relatively quick, considering the high patient load the wait is reasonable, and the tech/nurses have great bedside manner. Dr Humphreys is one of my favorite providers! Rare traits: not dismissive, astute, kind, understanding, respectful, holistic.

I am a caregiver for my 90 year old mom. She first met Dr Humphrey's in the Hospital. Due to Covid-19 I was unable to be there with her. Dr. Humphrey's arranged to speak to me via phone conference. He was both knowledgeable and clear in his delivery. I never felt rushed, and he made certain that all of my concerns had been answered. Since then we have had two more appointments. I HIGHLY suggest him for anybody looking for a good doctor.

He definitely is up on his medical readings as he appeared to know new areas of study regarding the pancreases. His staff was both kind and efficient. Lastly, he spoke to my mom. She is 90 as I mentioned. So often people assume she is unable to answer for herself. He showed a great respect in talking to her as well as myself.
