Services
Remote Heart Monitoring
Our remote heart monitoring service utilizes wearable devices to track cardiac activity outside traditional clinical settings. Patients receive continuous ECG monitoring through telemetry systems, implantable loop recorders, and patch monitors that detect arrhythmias and other irregularities. This technology enables early intervention for conditions like atrial fibrillation and unexplained syncope, reducing hospitalization risks while maintaining diagnostic accuracy comparable to in-office testing.
Pacer Clinic
The Pacer Clinic specializes in comprehensive pacemaker management for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders. Our cardiologists perform regular device interrogations to assess battery life, adjust settings, and monitor lead integrity. Through remote data transmission and in-office programming, we ensure optimal device performance while educating patients about device maintenance and activity restrictions to maintain consistent cardiac function.
Chronic Care Management
Our Chronic Care Management program provides structured support for patients with multiple ongoing cardiac conditions. Certified nurses conduct monthly health assessments, medication reviews, and care coordination with primary providers. This Medicare-covered service focuses on preventing acute episodes through regular monitoring of hypertension, heart failure, and other chronic cardiovascular conditions, improving quality of life while reducing emergency interventions.
Telehealth Visits
Telehealth services enable remote cardiac consultations through secure video conferencing platforms. Patients receive follow-up care, medication adjustments, and treatment plan reviews without requiring in-person visits. This service maintains continuity of care for post-procedural monitoring and chronic condition management, particularly benefiting patients in rural areas with limited access to specialized cardiology services.
Coumadin Clinic
The Coumadin Clinic provides specialized monitoring for patients on warfarin therapy to manage blood clotting disorders. Through regular INR testing and dosage adjustments, our team ensures therapeutic effectiveness while minimizing bleeding risks. This focused service supports patients with mechanical heart valves, recurrent thrombosis, and other conditions requiring precise anticoagulation management.

My husband and I each are patients of this group of excellent cardiologists. We have always been treated with kindness, courtesy, patience and most importantly, clear information, with all of our questions being answered. The staff is organized and efficient yet smiling and welcoming. Neither my husband nor I have had to wait long times and usually get into exam rooms near our appointment time. During this worldwide pandemic, Stockton Cardiology has exceeded all Covid precautions, so we feel 100% safe each time we go to the office.

The staff are friendly and professional. Easy to call the office to get needed help. Dr. Charos is very caring, he listens well when you are talking, he is not condescending he is well informed in his field. He is kind and respectful. My tests were abnormal and his staff went out of their way to get a hold of me making calls for two days straight including my emergency contact. I would highly recommend Dr Charos. No he is the chatty type, but for me if I want a friend to talk to I will call a friend, if I want an awesome Cardio doc I will make an appointment with Dr. Charos.
