Her attention to providing the patient dermatological care in the execution of a procedure was professional and knowledgeable and her ability to listen and answer all questions was outstanding. Her well-rounded approach left me with a sense of confidence in the procedure and I very much appreciated Archita's having taken the time to understand my ongoing skin profile for the future. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Practice manager is not only unprofessional but is downright patronizing and snobby. Not only did she insult me and disregard my dissatisfaction with my treatment, she insinuated the dermatologist specialist that referred them to me was uneducated and didn't know what they were doing. If she thinks being hostile and screaming on a phone is how you run a business then she must be from another planet.

I have been treated by a number of different staff at Dermatology Associates throughout the years. Every one of them have been professional and helpful. My experience at my visit on 5/12/22 was great from check-in through check out. All staff were courteous. Carmella Luzi (and my nurse) were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.
