Expensive, rude, and insult to injury both pairs of glasses I purchased were heavy and too painful to wear. I had to go elsewhere and fortunately I was told that my prescription can be made dramatically lighter. So, I have 2 pairs of outrageously expensive glasses that I can maybe use as paperweights? The billing and communication was unclear.pun intended:

Front desk staff is nice, but this place is really expensive. Their prices are incredibly high in comparison to other optometrists and they force you to pay for additional services beyond a basic eye exam to renew your glasses. Yearly. There's zero interest in saving you money. The doctor also told me I shouldn't get lasik because it doesn't work that well but eventually admitted they had it and have perfect vision.

Mersedeh Safari Snider, OD, who now owns this business, and the eye glass fitting person are inept, the front desk staff aren't friendly and the office is run poorly. I went there for an exam and new glasses. I had to have them redo the lenses three times and was told the third time they weren't going to do anymore EVEN THOUGH I STILL COULDNT SEE WITH THE NEW GLASSES THEY HAD MADE FOR ME. I went back to my prior eye doctor and intended to use the frames from Macadam Vision but the eye doctor said those frames would never work for me because they didn't sit in the right place so a progressive was never going to be at the correct level for me to see (I had to tip my head up to see my computer screen and never could read with them). Also, when Macadam Vision fit me for progressives they didn't mark where my eye sat within the frames. I wasted $400+ here and won't go back.

This is a top notch practice. It's evident in their approach, investments and warranties that ensuring patients get improved vision is their top priority; I would recommend MVC to anyone. In terms of COVID, they have taken health and safety super seriously.it's evident that you're taken care of when you visit.
