Dr Belcer was GREAT! Very warm, kind and patient! Definitely recommend her! She was patient and so kind with My son. She made sure all of my questions/concerns were addressed before we we left. She took her time with our appointment- not a rushed feel at all!

"Describe my experience": Dr. Scott Stevens treated my keratoconus with surgically placed "intacts". I had glasses made @ Eyemart Express that where that were not to "spec" (no pun intended). I am also currently awaiting an SSDI Hearing on a congenital respiratory condition, presently unemployed. and unemployable in self sustaining, full-time capacity thus was.unable at the time to afford a well made pair of glasses; ( I will add that my prescription is very tough for any optical lab to do well. Dr. Stevens lab did a great job)The good doctor did not ignore my circumstances and went above and beyond to personally make provision that completely met my vision needs. Thankyou Dr. Stevens. 2017 Update: 2020 Intacts didnt work as well as hoped, so. the team at Bend Opthalamology and Dr. Beneto made some scalar contacts for me, my vision went from 20/300- 20/25. Amazing! Best ever I truly live these people.

I have been going to Bend Ophthalmology for about two years and have always had superb service. Phone calls are answered very promptly and professionally. Appointments are easily made. The technicians are quite knowledgeable and are very friendly and professional. The doctors are unhurried and ready to give a very thorough exam and answer all questions. It's very easy to give everyone a top rating!

Dr. Bonetto is wonderful, but their front desk staff don't verify that your insurance will cover their services, leading to huge patient bills that could otherwise be avoided if their company was a little more patient-centric. Pretty disappointed that i pay for vision insurance and still got stuck with a $350 annual exam bill- even after handing over my insurance card prior to the appointment.
