Foot Pain Treatment
Report
The feet is what keep us upright and how we move around every day. However, feet are often neglected and you don't think of them until they start hurting. Not all foot pain is created equal, and the first thing to look at when you feel pain is where it is. If the pain is in your heel, a common cause would be Plantar Fasciitis.
About Dr. Zawada
Report
Heel pain can be a severely disabling problem causing one to limp and generally ache all over as the body attempts to shift pressure off the painful foot. As the "good" is now strained past its normal demand for support, it too can begin to hurt. Classic symptoms are pain in the heel taking the first step out of bed in the morning, or after sitting for awhile and then standing, or, it can be constant and nagging occurring with walking or any combination of the above.
Orthotics
Report
There are times that a foot condition affects the rest of the body. These conditions can be caused by something structural rather than infection or strain on the body. For instance, athlete's foot is caused by a bacteria or an ankle sprain is due to twisting one's ankle a certain way. However, sometimes, the structure of the foot or ankle themselves are off.
