This doctor office sucks! They are inconsiderate of the time a patron has to patronize their business. I was early for an appointment and was dismissed for an hour without any explanation as to why no service. I had to ask for a refund of my co pay and leave. People were getting called back that came in the office at least thirty minutes after me. Another lady of color saw I was upset and expressed she was there for a while and passed over too.
I clearly was upset and left the business. People please demand better service as health care cost too much for this type of negligence. If it was government ran that would be a different story. I pay for a standard of care and expect better service than what I received. Especially better service and attitude than what I experienced more elderly patients go through in this office.

So, I've come to the business twice giving it a second chance. Never again. You come on time complete your paperwork before your appointment and they make you wait. I clearly was in office and complete before 6 people who came after me was called back for service. Clearly appointment time means nothing to the people who run this office. They are unprofessional and ignore the elderly in the office with a rude attitude.
I was on a time schedule as most people these days. I waited almost an hour past my appointment time before leaving. I paid my co pay. I had to ask for my payment back and reschedule. I have no intention of coming back. I will ask for recommendation to another doctor and request my records. They advised two more were ahead of me. It was only three people in the office when I came in. Now the room is full.
No one was in the room that came before me. Awful service and horrible business practices. This office has some work to do on its operations. I only had test results to review. That should never cause a person to waste an hour of their day unnecessarily.
