Brandy has worked as the office manager at Shell Cosmetic Surgery Center since 2014. She is married with three children, ages 12, 14, and 16. She attended Baptist College of Health Science and completed a year of Bible college prior to getting married. She loves off-roading in her Jeep, Ruby, meeting new people, and enjoys being able to make a difference in the lives of her patients.Amanda has worked as a nurse at Shell Cosmetic Surgery Center since 2019. She is married with five children, ages 13-22, and has two adorable fur babies.

Cosmetic Surgery is not for those of us that are vain. It's for those of us who realize the importance of a healthy body image and the impact it can make on our lives. A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Dr. Shell graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical school in 1974. He completed his general surgery training at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Tennessee at Memphis.In 1981 he received the "outstanding Resident Award" from the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

Decreased activity and pain medication may promote constipation, so be sure to drink plenty of fluids and consume high protein foods. You may also purchase Milk of Magnesia over the counter from your local pharmacy to relieve constipation. Take pain medication as prescribed and only as needed. You may take up to 800mg of Ibuprofen in place of the prescribed pain medication if preferred.
