This was Absolutely The best treatment I've Ever had, from setting the appointment to the care and concern given while being treated. They Listened to my problem and came up with a care plan based upon their review of facts and observed physical evidence. As the problem was investigated, they told me what they were doing and explained any expectations for a follow-up. I'd been at a different dermatologist office a week before and they absolutely wouldn't listen and didn't seem to care. I'm glad I found this office! Melissa and Sonya were awesome.

I went to the Dermatology PC office in the Indianola Speciality Clinic today. I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect by the medical team. I appreciated their conservative approach to the issue I was having with my lip. It was decided that I take a "watchful waiting" approach and would return in 6 weeks to see if my lip issue had resolved itself. I was relieved that I wasn't going to have to deal with the discomfort of a biopsy or a frozen spot on my lip today. I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit.

The best decision I ever made career wise was leaving Dermatology PC. They only care about making as much money as possible to stuff the pockets of the doctors and supervisors (Example: Over overbooking appointments so the patients wait 45 mins to an hour after their appointment time before they are seen). While they leave their front staff and nurses short-handed, underpaid, and overly stressed. Take your business literally anywhere else.

The office receptionist was bright and friendly. My appointment was on time. The nurse went over medical history and medication. She was very nice and thorough. Jennifer P.A.-C. put me at ease, explained the course of action and did the first corrective treatment. I was able to address other concerns and was given suggestion to help the issues. I would definitely recommend Jennifer Vandvier and Dermatology P.C.
