Obstetrics
Our obstetric services provide comprehensive care for low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, including prenatal checkups, labor and delivery support, and postpartum care. Our team of board-certified physicians and midwives offers personalized birth plans and access to specialized maternal-fetal medicine experts when needed. We deliver babies at multiple hospitals across Oregon while maintaining continuity of care throughout your pregnancy journey.
Gynecology
We offer complete gynecologic care from adolescence through menopause, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, and treatment for gynecologic conditions. Our services cover routine screenings, minimally invasive surgeries, and management of menstrual disorders. Our providers specialize in individualized care plans that address each patient's unique health needs and concerns.
Midwifery

Dr. Catherine York is the most amazing doctor ever. No words can describe her dedication to her practice and her patients. She helped guide me pre-pregnancy and then helped me with my high risk monochorionic di amniotic (identical) twins. She worked closely with the MFMs, Dr. Balderston and Dr. Clausen. She made sure I had the monitoring I needed when I was diagnosed with twin to twin transfusion syndrome and twin anemia-polycythemia sequence.
This pregnancy was quite a journey I was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and had to stay in the hospital, every day Dr. York came by to make sure I was ok and had everything I needed. I ended up in pre-term labor and she even came in on her day off and performed the csection even with one baby almost coming! Post-op pain was managed well and I continued to have pre-eclampsia postpartum, so follow up was done outpatient and screening for postpartum mental health check.
She is caring and thoughtful, as well as her whole team, special shout-out to Arvilla, RN! Thank you all! Only reason for 4/5 is scheduling, but what medical office doesn't have issues with that?

I saw Dr Gayle Skinner for a basic well woman exam and to discuss some symptoms and get blood work. The scheduling process was easy, that's the only positive. Dr Gayle was so abrasive with me I actually wondered if she got bad news before walking into the room. She dismissed my symptoms by gaslighting me and was very condescending about my concerns. She refused to run the blood work for the panels I wanted based on my research and then she argued with me about antidepressants, but a gyno isn't qualified to recommend psyc meds. The entire experience was frustrating because I had to schedule an appointment elsewhere for the panels I needed. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I had a great experience during my pregnancy and delivery, the doctors, nurses and the staff are professional and caring. I'll come back to them 100% sure for a second pregnancy and for all medical purposes of this type that may occur.

I love Capital Women's Care. I was referred to them by my work nurse since 2014 and I have been happy. I have had two beautiful kids with them. The staff and doctors are excellent at what they do. Very kind and respectful.

Front desk staff are very unprofessional. Doctors are great. Unfortunately, switched to another location due to the lack of friendliness and professionalism at the front desk.

As a patient at the Silver Spring office for 36 years, my journey here started with and included the exceptional care of Dr. Craig Dickman, a legend in his field; and of course, Dr. Steven Maggid and Dr. Rangnath rounds out a tremendous trio.
