Dr. Moss is my ne doctor and I see him at the Bedford office. He is wonderful! He is not only knowledgeable, but is very kind and comforting. He takes his time and answers all my questions until he is sure I understand what he is saying. He is a very patient man! The staff is also great to work with! They are all friendly and helpful.

Dr Gene Moss is a wonderful and caring doctor/surgeon. My eyes needed a full rebuild. he did great! Seriously, not only is he highly competent, but he has strong leadership abilities that you need when things get busy and issues that need to be addressed. He is patient focused. I can hardly wait until he stabs the other eye -LOL- It is wonderful to see!

I experienced a central retinal vein occlusion. Dr. Vogel has been excellent in his knowledge and skill in treating this condition. He makes you feel at ease and explains very well the condition and how he will treat it. He gives plenty of time for questions, making sure you understand everything. The office procedures run smoothly between each technician, and there is rarely a long wait. Everyone has been professional and kind.

The only reason this is not a 5 star is because although I had filled out the new patient paperwork online, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told they had no record of it. So I had to complete another. As I've gotten older, my health history had become more complex. It's so much easier to fill these forms out while I'm home with all my records handy. Everything else about my visit was very pleasant.

I am uber particular when it comes to my healthcare and I have never had a single cause for complaint with Piedmont Eye Center.
