AMAZING experience all the time. Especially OBGYN and maternity. I gave birth to our daughter and son here. Both experiences were fantastic. The nurses and doctors were very professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I would highly recommend NLH!

This hospital has the absolute worst professionalism, attitudes, and concern for patient care. Patient concerns and ailments are dismissed. "Short staffed" is the response to any concern. Patients lack care from nurses and aids. They are forgotten about. Also, when calling to schedule appointments, the patient access department has the poorest customer service. It always feels like an inconvenience to call them.

The Physicians Assistant working in the Emergency Room was dismissive, showed a complete lack of basic empathy, seemed inexperienced and she had no bed side manners. I have never left a review like this before, but I think honest feedback is very important in order for these issues to be recognized and potentially rectified. The amount of negative reviews for this hospital is very concerning to say the least. When possible, I strongly suggest going to Saint Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam instead.

They didn't feed my mother for 2 days and then watch her when heart stopped and didn't perform CPR. Warning don't got to this hospital. Death trap. Plus they were saying she had visitors when she didn't

They are rude inconsiderate and they tell people mine and my daughters information even though I have told them not too when I was in delivery they told me I couldnt have my kid til the next morning they were all rude I was having heart problems and they did nothing to help me recently I brought my daughter in and they wouldnt listen to me and kept saying nothing was wrong with her but ik my daughter and she was in pain and had something wrong come to find out she had covid and their hospital lets people work with covid which is how my daughter got it

Harrassing and threatening to withhold or postpone treatment to ER patients as a punishment for not being vaccinated is not ok, especially when you aren't there for covid treatment! The doctor was abusive and inappropriate. The nurses apologized for his behavior, but that doesn't make it ok.

Good doctors but watch your bill. They are very sneaky and will not hesitate to change you multiple times for the same service, claiming you never paid and will even haul you into court over it. If possible go literally anywhere else.
