Midwest Eye Center in Calument City was pleasant. The staff was pleasant and explained to me the procedure I will be having. I did not have to wait long before seeing someone. The biggest problem for me is the surgeries are not performed at the Professional Building across from Trinity Hospital which is where I saw the doctor. When one does not have a personal vehicle it is difficult trying to arrange to get to Calument City.

I was referred to Midwest Eye Center in Calumet City true to scone shaped cornea and cataracts. I enjoyed the experience because the tech and the staff made you feel comfortable and explained everything to me as it was being done. I was very pleased with the service that I received from Midwest West Eye Center. This my first visit and I was nervous, but they put my mind at ease, they were friendly and helpful. They answered all my question. I would most definitely recommend them to others.

The staff and doctors are great. I felt comfortable and safe. The downside is the wait time. It horrible. Be prepared for long wait. They are always behind schedule. Average wait time is about 2 hours. Arriving early makes the wait longer.

The staff and nurses are so helpful and nice and my doctor inparticular is friendly and very thorough. I loved Nurse Lisa she did all my test and made them so easy. They keep you with the same doctor so nothing gets missed.

The staff was very friendly and professional. This was my first appointment with a new doctor and I was very pleased with his observations and demeanor. Although I was sad my original Dr. had retired, I felt I was in great hands and any anxiety I had was totally diminished. Great experience.
