FMCSA-certified physical exams meet federal requirements for commercial drivers. Our licensed medical examiners provide DOT/CDL certifications with convenient scheduling. We maintain compliance with national registry standards and offer weekend appointments for working professionals.
Drug Screening
Confidential pre-employment and recovery drug screening services follow strict chain-of-custody protocols. We accommodate employer requirements with rapid testing options and direct reporting. Our facility meets DOT guidelines for specimen collection and laboratory analysis.
Immigration Exams
USCIS-approved civil surgeons conduct required medical examinations for immigration purposes. Our process includes vaccination records, chest X-rays, and blood tests per federal regulations. We complete Form I-693 with thorough documentation for permanent residency applications.

This was the first and the last time I will ever go there! it was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a medical setting! I came with a bad sore throat and an earache. They made me wait in my car to receive a telephone appointment. After speaking with a PA for maxim um of 5 minutes, she wouldn't see me in person. I was told to go around to the back of the building where I had to call in and someone would come our just to do a Covid test.
I was let in a back stair case where there was one chair. The young woman barely touched the inside of my nose for the test, then she came back 2 minutes later and said it was negative. I again asked to see a live person and was denied. She then gave me a PCR Covid test and told me if that was negative, I could come back tomorrow and see a live person. She told me I would be emailed the result, but no one took my email address.
She then came back with a post it note and told me to write down my email address! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Now, I'm supposed to pay for this horrible service. I immediately went to a different urgent care where I was treated like a human!

Absolutely worst service in the industry not one person in lobby when I checked in and 2 hours later still no dr. All I needed was a scrip filled. Lady across hall got up and left at the same time she was there 3 hrs. Avoid this toilet at all cost

May 20,2022 Being that this was my first time I visited Treasure Coast urgent care in Stuart, I just wanted to say that all the staff were kind, friendly, patient and reassured me that I would be well taken care of. I especially would also like to give a shout out to Dr. Michele Libman. Exceptional. I truly appreciate that she took the time to go over my pre-operative procedures thoroughly and clearly with me.
She combined a personal touch and caring approach to my questions and concerns. I realize that being a Healthcare professional, taking care of all of us, comes with big responsibilities and in these days, health risks. These Doctors and Associates need to be acknowledged for the good work they do. Sincerely, Barbara J. Waldie Thank you Dr. Michele Libman and staff!

I was required to go the Treasure Coast Urgent Care. This place is disorganized and the medical staff is incompetent. It is no wonder that medical costs in this country are so expensive and our life expectancy is falling. DO NOT GO HERE if you can help it.

Went in because I noticed I had gotten bit by a something and there was a huge halo of bruising surrounding it. It hurt to put pressure on it so I went to the urgent care and they were rude asking me "So why exactly are you here?" Um to rule out any chance of it being an adverse reaction or infected. The NP could not figure it out saying she never saw something like this and went to grab the PA and she said the same thing.
They wouldn't even give me anything. No antibiotics, cream, or even the slightest bit of medical advice. So I spent $100 for them to tell me there was nothing they could do and wasted my time. The next day I tell my boyfriends mom who is a nurse and she told me to come by her job and they'd take a look. They told me I had cellulitis from the spider bite and it should not be warm to the touch and hurt. I was put on doxycycline for a week. I was in shock at the difference I got in medical expertise. Safe to say I will never be coming back here.

I've been coming to this place for years and have had great service each and every time. The providers are knowledgeable and professional taking the time required to get me back in action after requiring sutures. My provider did such a good job you can hardly tell there were sutures there. -Thank You
