Pain Management
Our comprehensive pain management services address both acute and chronic conditions using advanced diagnostic tools and personalized treatment plans. We specialize in treating complex pain disorders through minimally invasive procedures and evidence-based therapies. Our approach focuses on improving functionality and quality of life while minimizing reliance on medication.
Back Pain Treatment
We offer targeted back pain solutions for conditions ranging from muscle strain to chronic spinal disorders. Utilizing techniques like epidural injections and spinal cord stimulators, our specialists identify and treat the root cause of pain. Treatment plans combine physical therapy with interventional procedures to restore mobility and reduce discomfort.
Migraine Relief
Our migraine management program addresses neurological causes through advanced diagnostic imaging and targeted interventions. We develop personalized prevention strategies and acute treatment protocols to reduce frequency and severity of migraine episodes while improving daily functionality.
Knee Pain Solutions
We specialize in diagnosing and treating knee pain from arthritis, injuries, and degenerative conditions. Our non-surgical options include PRP injections and radiofrequency ablation, while our conservative management approach focuses on preserving joint function and mobility.
Radiofrequency Ablation
This minimally invasive procedure uses heat to disrupt pain signal transmission for chronic conditions. Our specialists target specific nerve pathways causing persistent discomfort from spinal issues or neuropathic disorders. The treatment offers long-term relief when medication proves ineffective.

My doctor referred me to Southern Idaho Pain Institute due to severe back and joint pain and difficulty walking. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I procedure took very little time and I was able to leave with my husband. I know I need more treatment and physical therapy and hopefully won't need surgery. Looking forward to my visit next week. I have nothing but good thing's to say about SIPI I have been seeing them for over 10 yrs. They not only help with my medical issue's but they have great bedside manor. Melody at the front desk has always been the sweetest to me and they always ask how my kid's are doing as my daughter's had some pretty bad medical issues lately. They always treat me with respect and I have never once had any issues with them. If your looking for a caring pain clinic this is truly the best place you can go.

I loved the PA I was assigned and felt that he understood the issues I have and I felt that we communicated very well but last week when I called to inquire as to my next visit (I forgot the time) I was informed that I was kicked off the program due to inconsistencies with my drug screen. I have been very ill for six months at times unable to keep my meds down. I've had pneumonia three times, contracted an infection in my leg and severely injured my ribs.
I also had a stomach virus which affected me for a month! I communicated this with the PA and there are documented doctor visits and my Primary care physician even called the office on my behalf. I understand that prescribing narcotics is strictly monitored but there has to be special circumstances that can be considered and should be. I am someone who is suffering daily. I did my due diligence. I communicated with the P. A.
I think that if this office can be more communicative and if the Physicians Assistants could actually come to the phone when things like this happen there would be a lot less confusion. As I said, my PA was kind and caring and good at his job. Something in the system failed. It's too bad.
