Jeremy Caudill, MSPAS, PA-C was born in Lexington, KY and raised in the hills of eastern Kentucky. He completed his undergraduate curriculum at the University of Kentucky where he was a varsity football player and later signed with two NFL teams. He returned to UK where he earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree.

We strive to charge fairly, but if you have a question about any fee please ask. Insurance is a method of reimbursement, not a substitute for payment.

Working in conjunction with your physician, we are uniquely equipped to make your therapy experience effective and efficient. We are here to serve you and aid you in your recovery, recuperation and rehabilitation; so, please, share with us your questions, comments and concerns. In order to accommodate your work or school schedule, we are available to schedule patient treatments Monday - Friday from 8 am until 6 pm.
