VitalStrong Rehabilitation
VitalStrong provides comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy with clinical oversight by physiatrists. Our state-of-the-art facilities feature advanced technology for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. With outpatient services available at five locations, we focus on continuity of care through full-time therapists and educational resources to reduce hospital readmissions.
Skilled Nursing Care
Our certified geriatric nurse practitioners and 24/7 licensed staff deliver specialized care for post-operative recovery, chronic conditions, and long-term needs. Services include ventilator management, wound care, and pain management supported by telehealth technology. We maintain enhanced care models through collaboration between nurse practitioners and attending physicians.
Progressive Pulmonary Care
As Maryland's largest ventilator provider, we offer short-term weaning and long-term management with 169 specialized beds. Our in-house respiratory therapists work alongside pulmonologists to improve quality of life through specialized units approved by Maryland's Department of Health. Services include tracheostomy management and transportable ventilator support.
WalkStrong Orthopedic Rehabilitation
WalkStrong specializes in recovery from fractures, joint replacements, and spinal injuries with individualized treatment plans. Our multidisciplinary approach combines physiatrists, therapists, and dietitians using cutting-edge technology like anti-gravity treadmills. Available seven days weekly across all 15 locations with designated Centers of Excellence.
Dialysis Services
Provided at nine locations by Renalis Kidney Services, our dialysis program includes comfortable recliners, private suites, and WiFi access. Certified nephrologists lead care teams that coordinate medication management, dietary support, and transition to outpatient services when needed, ensuring comprehensive renal care solutions.
