Then based on the patient's personal philosophy, the stage in their life, and previous experiences we will jointly formulate a treatment plan.

We provide continuity of care to you at our office, at your home, or in extended care facilities. At Charlottesville Family Medicine we have internal medicine physicians and family nurse practitioners with a wide variety of experience and expertise.

Charlottesville Family Medicine has a strong presence with its patients at all of the nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Charlottesville area. Our office is fully equipped so that we may perform many diagnostic screening tests without costly hospital referrals or time-consuming visits. Our on-premise lab can process many blood, urine, and other tests at the time of your visit. We perform minor surgical procedures such as simple laceration repairs, removal of skin lesions, toenails, and foreign bodies.

Beyond the bustling practice, Charlottesville Family Medicine has a strong presence with its patients at all of the nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Charlottesville area. We employ several full-time nurse practitioners that work alongside the physicians to maintain a coverage in these fast-paced facilities, 24/7.
