Do not go here. Front office and nurses are the worst. Prescriptions take 24 hours to be processed. Any paperwork, faxing, etc will take weeks. No joke place is terrible

I called today to make an appointment for my newborn who by proxy of MY cancer diagnosis putting me on Medicaid, is apparently on Medicaid also. The unhelpful woman on the phone told me they don't see Medicaid patients. Not only have I come to find out this isn't true, but I explained that he is insured under his dad's employer insurance (union pipefitter BCBS, so, good insurance) and we wouldn't be using the Medicaid.
The woman very rudely told me that using his father's insurance instead of his Medicaid is "Medicaid fraud, " and was overly happy to tell me that they wouldn't be seeing him. I can't speak to the quality of their doctors because their rude office staff doesn't understand how insurance works and enjoys refusing medical care to 6 week old babies.

My kids have seen Dr Amberly Brewer since they were young and we have always had a great experience with her. She is so caring and compassionate with both of my kids. She explains everything that is going on with your child and treats them like family. Great Pediatrician and glad to have found her!

We love this place! It's nice being able to visit 2 different locations and the evening hours on certain days are a nice option as well! Our kids have always mostly seen Dr. Mueller who we think is the best fit for our kids! Dr. Mueller takes her time with us and answers all of our questions and concerns! Thank you Dr. Mueller for all you have done for us we appreciate you more than you know! We have seen almost all of the doctors at some point I'm sure and everyone has been great!
The receptionist's and nurses are all so kind and amazing as well! Anytime we need a last minute emergency appointment they make it work to make sure we are taken care of! Thank you all for being so kind and taking the best care of our kids! Your doctors and staff are the best hands down!

I have 3 children I bring to this office. Only once have I had an issue and it was with one of their nurse practitioners, Rhonda. I voiced my concerns to one of the receptionists as I was walking out and was shocked that just a couple hours later their office manager, Dayna, REACHED OUT TO ME! I didn't ask for this call, she cared enough hearing from her staff that I was frustrated that she took it upon herself to call and ask me my concerns.
I will never see Rhonda again (EVER and I'm not the only one who feels this way!) but because of Dayna's actions and the truthful - sincere words she spoke to me about Associated Pediatricians I now know how much they truly care about their patients and reputation. I will continue going to this office because of this phone call. My favorites are Dr. Dimitroff and Dr. Bukata.

We love Dr. Campbell! She has been seeing my kids for 13 years and we love that she answers all our questions, never rushes us, and generally cares for them. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and you can tell she loves being a pediatrician!

I wanted to praise Dr. Dimitroff on his bed side manner and his compassionate heart for my son. Dr. Dimitroff has listened to all our concerns and frustrations this past year and has gotten my son back to feeling better and being active again as any child should. I appreciate the time on the phone and the hours in the office he has taken so serious to care for my son and our family. Thank you for the assurance you've given my son to make him feel better. I would recommend any child to see associated Peds and ask for Dr. Dimitroff. Sincerely a grateful mom!
