Her concept of practicing medicine on the foot and ankle is "if I can provide the patient with relief in their foot and ankle, then they will feel better overall since foot pain can create pain throughout their body".Dr. Kubala has a great interest in Sports Medicine and worked with the Phoenix Mercury as their Team Podiatrist for over a decade.

Please come with your insurance card and a list of current medications to this visit. It is also the patient's responsibility to bring their referral, if required, with them to our office. We ask that all new patients arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to complete the registration process.
