Vaccinations
We offer complete vaccination services for all ages, including routine childhood immunizations and adult boosters. Our clinic administers hepatitis B, flu, pneumonia, HPV, and travel vaccines, among others. Our providers follow CDC guidelines to ensure proper scheduling and documentation. Family Nurse Practitioner
With over 20 years in nursing, Kristen transitioned to primary care in 2016 after ICU and ER experience. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and focuses on patient education and preventive care, bringing extensive clinical expertise in family practice to our Cary location.

Do you accept my insurance plan?
We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicaid, Medicare, and United Healthcare. Contact us if your provider isn't listed.
What are your after-hours emergency options?
For true emergencies outside business hours, call 919-348-0805. A $25 fee applies for non-emergency calls after hours when our offices are closed.
What self-pay rates do you offer?
Uninsured patients pay a flat $225 office visit fee with $10 evening/weekend surcharge. Lab, X-ray, and additional services are priced separately with transparent billing.
How can I access medical records or communicate with providers?
Use our secure Patient Portal for medical inquiries, billing questions, and appointment scheduling. Email ID and insurance card copies to [email protected] for new patient registration.

Absolutely THE worst clinic I've been to. Doctor almost completely ignored me & my concerns. Didn't answer my questions. Laughed at my concerns as though they were "crazy". left me in the room and eventually I walked out. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR HELP!

For some reason I could not write a review for Tricity in West Cary. Let me be the first to say, Dr. Patel and his front desk staff are very couteous, professional and most importantly compassionate! The best thing here is, they are located down the street. Finally, a great clinic in the area who dosen't see $$$ and is more geared to making people feel better again. Thank you Dr. Patel for taking care of our community in West Cary. I will be referring my family, friends and co workers!

I have been a patient of doctor Patel for 7 years now. I'm very satisfied he is a wonderful doctor very knowledgeable and caring. His staff are very helpful, respectful and nice. I would highly recommend this doctor and staff. I travel 2 hours 15 minutes to see him.

BEWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES They will make you sign a really long paper and one thing you sign is that you are aware there is a fee for certain hours of the day and weekends, but then they will schedule you for those hours without telling you (or reminding you) that there will be an extra fee. They scheduled me for a telemed phone visit that lasted 1 minute where the doctor said "Let's try a different medication since this one isn't working, it'll be at the pharmacy soon. Goodbye" and I got charged $23 extra for that!
When THEY scheduled me for a weekend visit and didn't tell me even PHONE CALL "doctor visits" (if you'd even call it that) were still included as an extra fee. I asked when the "NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT" was and they scheduled me for a measly $43 phone call for an under-qualified and unprofessional doctor to prescribe meds that didn't work. I've been taken advantage by many doctors because I suffer from chronic pain that doctors profit heavily off of because I am young and they think they can slide things past me to make an extra dollar. I am tired of wasting money I don't have at "Doctor" offices that are dishonest and not in the patient's best interest.
