Our History

Our Founder, Watson Gailey, MD, was a nationally renowned specialist and a pioneer in the field of Ophthalmology. His goal was to be a leader in eye care for the area, using the latest technologies and procedures. Dr. Gailey was born in 1882 in Ashland, IL. In 1904 he graduated from the College of Physicians and Surgeons at the University of Illinois in Chicago.

Our Board Certified surgeons combine their skill with our state-of-the-art surgical equipment to provide the best surgical results for our patients. Additionally, our surgery centers are Medicare Certified and licensed by the State of Illinois.
