If you prefer an in-office visit, we are proactively applying all safety precautions recommended by state and county health departments. In addition to these guidelines, we have added the following: only one patient will be in the office at any one time, and all high touch surfaces are cleaned between patients. Full precautions are posted at our entry. Preventive medicine visits, annual exams, as well as emergencies are considered "essential" by the health department. We are here to protect your health, and will do our utmost to keep you safe.

Meet Dr. Taylor

Dr. Taylor grew up surrounded by Nature. Her home was an exquisite garden of flowering fruit trees, vineyards and strawberry fields. In the hickory forest there were trees to climb and amazing collection of wild and cultivated plants. The house was designed by her mother, Fran, a well known artist after the style of Frank Lloyd Wright.

A comprehensive visit includes an interview, physical exam, a final consultation and treatment planning. Dr. Taylor's years of experience brings a special focus and skill to the office visit. In addition to completing your annual exam, Dr. Taylor will order preventive medical tests, such as mammography, bone scanning and blood tests.
Slow Doc
Report
A Slow Doc is the one that is still at the clinic on Friday afternoon after everyone else has left. Often the Slow Doc works with a Slow Nurse. A Slow Doc often sees fewer patients and can run behind schedule in a conventional clinic setting. A Slow Doc cannot see 30 patients a day. This is a fanciful story but it is a starting place for a grass roots discussion about quality in healthcare.
