The primary mission of Premier Pediatrics providers and staff is to provide quality medical services with an emphasis on delivering clinical excellence and outstanding customer service in a warm and welcoming family-friendly environment. Parents often ask me why their children should have a well visit. I answer by sharing the time I diagnosed a high-school athlete with a potentially life-threatening arrhythmia; or the 2yr old who was found to have a malignant tumor; or the 5yr old in early stage diabetes.

Dr. Dowse and his wife Linda have ten children. They have loved living in Cedar City for the last 21 years, they love traveling and anything Disney. His fun personality is infectious and is the perfect cure for whatever ails our patients. Always quick with a joke or friendly with a smile, this highly honored harmonica playing Pediatrician is a tremendous addition to Premier Pediatrics and the communities of Southern Utah.
