Every one was so nice and professional. It was my first time getting an MRI done but everybody helped my anxiety calm down so much! Very happy with my experience! Everything was so clean and honestly didn't feel like most health care offices do. I look forward to my next visit coming up.

Reno Diagnostic center located at Sierra rose Drive did an excellent service! The lady who did my mammogram was amazing and very compassionate. She made me feel very comfortable since it was my very first time to have a mammogram. It wasn't that bad as I thought. It was painless, she's very professional and it was quick. I will definitely choose this location for my next appointment. Thank you for your wonderful health service!

I received a double MRI at this facility and it was fantastic! The building is VERY clean overall and the staff are some of the nicest people that have helped me in the medical field. They were very thorough and were always asking if any part of my experience could be more comfortable and to let them know. If I need any more imaging or diagnostic work done, Im going back here! Thank you!

The service was fast. I completed a few questionairs and a $25 copay, the next thing you know they were calling my name. Lead back to the exam room I don't think we saw any doctors or patience. The exam was not uncomfortable. It was like a pleasant visit while the examiner confirmed that I wasn't pregnant. (It was a sonogram type of exam.) I haven't gone on line yet because I've been so busy since and out of town without the instructions. Maybe they will text them to me after I call. I'm sure they will.

I came in 10 minutes early to my appointment and wasn't seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time. It would be be one thing if it was busy, but it seemed pretty dead there. So that was a little ridiculous. I really liked the woman who did my sonogram. She was really nice and professional.
