NRMC and its affiliates are governed by a nine-member, voluntary Board of Directors, which represents a broad spectrum of professional, business, and community leaders. Candidates are nominated by the Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors and are appointed by the City Council of Nevada. The Board of Directors determine hospital policy and provide direction and counsel on management, administration, planning, and development.
