Front office and doctor very nice! However vikki at check out wasn't very pleasant over the phone or in person! In fact she went out of her way to introduce herself to me as conflict like a child. Very unprofessional.

Nobody seems to be able to do their jobs at this place. They always mess up paperwork, they don't call in prescriptions, and fail to send info to Qwest MULTIPLE TIMES They don't seem to care about anything but shuffling people in and out to collect their co-pays.

I'm not sure how difficult it is to send a 30 day prescription to the local pharmacy they already have on file. But I'm willing to wager a different primary care office in the Northland wouldn't forget 3 days in a row.

I have been a patient at Northland Family Care for over 15 years.going back to the days when they were located in the Seaport complex in Liberty. The physicians and staff at this practice are, quite simply, the best. There have been numerous occasions over the years where these good folks have gone over and above the "norm" to provide me with excellent care and follow up. My wife and I recently moved to the state of Florida.
Believe me, you do not realize how much you value having a good doctor and medical staff available to you.until you don't.
