Services
Bunions
Our specialists provide comprehensive bunion care, addressing both conservative management and surgical correction. We evaluate each case to determine the most appropriate treatment, from custom orthotics and physical therapy to minimally invasive procedures. Patients receive detailed education about footwear modifications and activity adjustments to prevent progression. Our surgeons perform advanced bunionectomies when necessary, utilizing techniques that promote faster recovery and improved foot function.
Diabetic Footcare
We offer specialized foot care programs for diabetic patients to prevent complications like neuropathy and ulcers. Our team conducts thorough risk assessments, provides regular foot exams, and implements preventive strategies including custom footwear. We educate patients on daily foot inspection techniques and early warning signs of potential problems. For existing complications, we employ wound care protocols and collaborate with endocrinologists to ensure comprehensive diabetes management.
Heel Pain
Our practice specializes in diagnosing and treating various causes of heel pain, including plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. We utilize diagnostic imaging and gait analysis to identify underlying biomechanical issues. Treatment options range from night splints and cortisone injections to extracorporeal shockwave therapy. Patients receive personalized stretching programs and footwear recommendations to address the root cause of their discomfort and prevent recurrence.
Toenail Fungus
We provide both traditional and laser treatments for toenail fungus infections. Our approach includes topical and oral antifungal medications, along with laser therapy that targets fungal organisms without damaging surrounding tissue. Patients receive guidance on proper foot hygiene and footwear maintenance. We emphasize early intervention to prevent spread and complications, particularly for patients with compromised circulation or immune systems.
PRP Therapy
Our practice offers PRP injections as a regenerative treatment option for chronic foot and ankle conditions. This procedure uses concentrated platelets from the patient's own blood to stimulate healing in injured tissues. We commonly employ PRP for plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, and post-surgical recovery. The treatment protocol includes comprehensive patient evaluation and follow-up care to optimize outcomes while minimizing recovery time.

The visit was pleasant as always. I wasnt thinking clearly when you mentioned the cortisone shot, and my blood sugar spiked to nearly 500. I cant remember the last time it was over 200. I called my daughter, who's an RN, and she calmed me down and gave me advice on what to do. Everything is fine now. It was my mistake, not yours. You and your staff were very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking care of me.

I had surgery by Dr. Jameson in February and it could not have gone better. She thinks of everything so that you go into surgery already fully prepared with anything you need for recovery. She did a small bone graft during surgery to promote faster healing. Her manner is professional and yet truly the nicest doctor I've ever met. Recovery was a breeze and she monitored and made suggestions to ensure continued success. I hope never to have foot problems in the future but if I do, Dr. Jameson will be my first call.

I broke my big toe over the weekend and needed to see a doctor to get a proper boot as soon as I could. I called the office and they went above and beyond to see me on Monday mid morning. The online paperwork was easy to fill out and the nurse that helped me with x-rays was AMAZING! Dr. Jameson was just as amazing as the office staff and nurses. They made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I would recommend anyone to them.

Thought I broke my foot and my regular foot doctor couldn't get me in for a week and 1/2. They got me in the same day I called. Dr. Jameson is awesome! Attentive. Great listener and genuinely nice! Staff was great too! This will be my new foot doctor!
