Had an ultrasound last week and had a great experience. My ultrasound technologist Dongmei was so nice to me, she really helped me through the exam. I often can't get through whole exam but she coached me through it. I am very thankful to her, as well as how fast I got the results from my doctor.

Had a procedure yesterday at the Prospect location and the service could not have been better. From the front desk to the procedure room, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eased my pre-procedure anxiety. When I went into the back room, the technician explained everything that would happen and when the doctor was doing the procedure, he told me everything that was happening as it happened and exactly what I would feel. Could not be happier! If I ever need testing again, I will definitely come back

Most unprofessional medical facility in the area. So tired of hearing covid excuses for poor service. Waited over two weeks for an appointment only to walk in to hear ohh we tried to call you Bullshit, my phone records all incoming calls, so they weren't professional enough to give me a call and explain the cancellation This was the second visit, i should have learned from the first time, rude, unprofessional, questionable results DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I just left there in tears. My doctor sent me for an Ultrasound of my abdomen and the Chinese lady that was doing the ultrasound insulted my weight. She said she couldn't see well because I am a fat girl. Don't go there. They are rude and very unprofessional. I'm am devastated. The techs name is Dongmei.

Friendly staff, very professional. Quick visit! Office is clean, easy to get to and the staff was great with my 9 year old, who was a bit nervous
