This is a good example of you get what you pay for. Everything here that they sell isn't the most expensive but it's also not the cheapest. You're getting good quality glasses that are not outrageously expensive. Every time I've had my eyes done buy this firm they've come out perfect every time. Putting on new glasses is like seeing the world for the first time every time.

After my eye doctor of 30 years retired, I decided to try Ridgefield Family Eye Care. I have only been there once, but my initial visit and exam were very nicely done and professional. The place is very clean, the staff extremely courteous, and the Doctor explained everything in great detail. Highly recommend!

The doctors at Ridgefield Family Eye Care are experts in their field and are compassionate and professional. Dr. Bran is amazing with kids! However, the front desk staff has started to disappointment us over the past year or two. They charged me $15 to ship two small boxes of contacts to my house, but they did not tell me about this cost at checkout. They also continue to get my husband's and my son's insurance information mixed up every time we make an appointment, causing confusion with my insurance company and more hassle on my end.

Dr. Simoncelli and my tech were both very thorough and professional. I paid for the extra screening and was pleased that Dr. Simoncelli reviewed all of the eye photos with me.

Called at 8am on Saturday morning about a possible stye in my left eye. Was initially not found in the list of patients and told "are you sure this is your Dr?". I called back and said yes, I am sure. Once I was "found", I was told by the receptionist to use hot compresses and call them on Monday. I think I'll just find a new Dr.
