All minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and both parent and child need to present their own ID. Please bring your insurance information; if you do not have insurance, you will still be able to receive the vaccine free of charge. What started as a solo practice to serve the Noroton area over forty years ago by our founding partner, Dr. Michael Suchenski, has grown to a group practice seeing patients from Darien and the surrounding communities.Our three Board Certified physicians pride themselves on being an independent Pediatric group practice in one location.

One of the doctors will be available Monday-Friday from 8:30-9:30am for walk-in sick visits. To minimize waiting times, we prefer to see our patients by appointment starting at 9:30am. In the event of an urgent visit, we shall still see your child on a walk-in basis. If the situation is critical please call 911 or proceed directly to the emergency room.
Insurance

We participate with the insurance companies listed below. Please bring your card with you for every visit. It is your responsibility to know what visits/tests/procedures are included under your policy. You will be billed directly for non-covered services. We follow the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics and practice current standards of care.
Well-Child Visits

These visits are needed to ensure that your child is growing appropriately, well-nourished, and achieving appropriate developmental milestones. Concerns that arise can be addressed and anticipatory guidance provided. We do not send reminders for these visits and advise that all visits up to 18 months be scheduled before leaving the office at the previous visit.
Teens & Young Adults

Darien Pediatric Associates offers specialized medical care for teens and young adults through Dr. Tsimoyianis' services in Adolescent Medicine. Adolescent Medicine is a board-certified pediatric sub-specialty centered on the care of patients from pre-teens to young adults up to age 26. It addresses the unique health and emotional needs of patients in this age group by focusing on their transitions from childhood to adulthood.
