Are same-day sick appointments available?
Yes, we offer walk-in sick visits Monday-Friday 8:30-9:30am for acute issues like fevers, rashes, and respiratory infections. More complex concerns require scheduled appointments.
How can I request prescription refills?
Call our office Tuesday-Thursday for chronic medication refills. Allow 72 hours for prior authorizations. Some medications require written prescriptions picked up at local pharmacies.
Do you provide after-hours medical care?
Our physicians provide 24/7 telehealth consultations for urgent concerns. Call our main line (203-655-9741) and the on-call doctor will respond within one hour.
What adolescent-specific services do you offer?
Dr. Tsimoyianis provides specialized care for teens and young adults up to 26, addressing body image, mental health, nutrition, and transitional care in a confidential setting.
How do I schedule well-child visits?
We recommend scheduling all visits up to 18 months during the previous appointment. Follow the AAP-recommended schedule with visits at key developmental milestones from birth through age 6.

Excellent pediatric practice, I highly recommend Darien Pediatric's! We have been patients since 2013, and I wouldn't trust my children's care to any other practice. I am in the medical industry as well and am VERY PARTICULAR about the doctors our family sees. Darien Pediatric's are hands down the best in Fairfield County!

Love the Doctors here. It is unfortunate because there is a receptionist there that is extremely rude. I feel uncomfortable calling because she makes you feel like she is doing you a favor and you are inconviencing her. It is truly unfortunate because I do love the Doctors.
