Staff is not knowledgeable of what specific services are offered. Young lady at the front desk was on FaceTime when I walked in and was not pleasant. I made an appointment and explained EXACTLY what I needed. Only to get there and the doctor could not help. Also, while getting my vitals checked I was advised that my blood pressure was low. While waiting I am extremely nervous only to find out the young lady doesn't know what a normal or low BP is. I expressed my frustrations as my time was wasted and the Dr. Goryle was not understanding or apologetic. Will never go to this office again!
