Crestwood Pediatric Associates has been serving Prince William County & the Manassas area for over 30 years. In 2010 the practice expanded to add a second office in the Gainesville/ Haymarket area to allow better access for our patients in western Prince William County, Fauquier County, and Loudoun County. Our doctors are all board certified fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Our entire staff is dedicated to providing our patients with the best possible pediatric care, whether it be for routine well child care or for sickness.

We consider ourselves to be in a partnership with our parents, providing them with the best, most up to date information regarding the health care of their child or young adult. During their visit, we will provide them with our years of experience, written information, policy statements from our academy, and refer them to reputable web sites when indicated.
Doctors and Staff

Dr. Patel graduated from Saint George's University School of Medicine in 2008 and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2011. She enjoys all aspects of pediatrics and her main goals are to build strong relationships with her patients and their families and provide the best care possible.
Office Policies

If you need to speak to a doctor after hours, you may call our answering service. The doctor will return your call within 2 hours. Many of our parents' concerns can be handled with the assistance of testing, photos, and face time now. Please save routine questions, scheduling, referral, or prescriptions requests until regular business hours.

We offer an after hours call service for urgent conditions that can not wait until normal business hours. The after hours calls are returned by the physicians within 1 to 2 hours. The physicians do not refill routine medications, call in antibiotics, or schedule appointments. If you need advice when our office is closed, please call 703-257-3909.
