Dr. Steinberg was welcoming during my past visit and someone I spoke to on the clinical line was very helpful. However some (not all), of the office staff are quite curt on the phone.

I have been coming in every week for the past 6 months and the staff have all been incredibly kind and accommodating. As someone with severe needle phobia the nurses have been so helpful. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional business. I called to schedule and appointment and the staff were extremely rude. A gentleman picked up the phone and told me he didn't accept patients like me, without even letting me finish explaining what exactly I needed to be tested for-then he hung up the phone. I would highly recommend finding a more credible service to spend your on. That was the rudest thing I have ever encountered from a "medical office"
