I've been seeing nurse practitioner Courtney b e y l going on four years now. She is awesome, very efficient, very caring, very thorough., however I cannot say the same for the office staff. Some are rude, they don't follow up with you. Billing is the worst, they have made several mistakes and have never apologized, as if it is no big deal. If I didn't like and Trust Courtney so much I would have left there before now. I will not go back!

Overpriced, and you never get to see the doctor only one of their many residents. Even when specifically asked to see the dr, they still don't schedule you with one. I feel like they overcharge you too, always have something to pay.

Courtney Beyl is my nurse practitioner. She listens, genuinely cares, and provides excellent care. I highly recommend her! Unfortunately, some of the front office staff is rude. They rarely answer the phone and don't return calls for days. The lab tech drew my blood and left me alone in a room by myself after I told her I felt like I was going to pass out. When I called to complain about these Issues, I was told that they didn't have time to listen to me 'gripe'.

Dr. White and Dr. Harper have a great responsibility to the community to offer such wonderful care. They always spend time with all our needs. We always leave feeling well taken care of. I am 28 weeks pregnant and my OB told me to start looking for a pediatrician. 2 offices were given to me by them that are closest to where I live. I called this office asking if I could meet with a physician to make an educated decision from the 2 offices. The receptionist said they didn't do that but would ask them and see if one was willing. She took my information and never called back. Definitely lacking professional responsibility.
