Specialized diagnosis and treatment for Achilles tendonitis and ruptures. Our board-certified surgeons use conservative therapies like immobilization and physical therapy, reserving surgery for severe cases. Patients benefit from rapid recovery protocols and gait analysis to prevent re-injury.

Customized solutions for bunion deformities, including minimally invasive procedures and traditional osteotomies. We combine surgical precision with post-operative orthotics to realign toes, alleviate pain, and restore natural foot function while minimizing recurrence risks.
Sports Medicine
Comprehensive management of sports-related foot and ankle injuries. Our team employs advanced imaging, bracing technologies, and rehabilitation programs to treat ligament sprains, stress fractures, and tendon injuries, ensuring athletes return to peak performance safely.
Orthotics Fitting
Precision-crafted orthotic devices to address biomechanical imbalances. Using 3D gait analysis and plaster casting, we create tailored supports that alleviate conditions like plantar fasciitis, neuromas, and diabetic foot complications while enhancing comfort.

I was extremely pleased with Dr Kruse. It seems I need orthotics but they taped my foot to see if orthotics will work rather than spend a lot of money only to find that they won't work. Very happy. Front office was fun too.

Cold-called this office based on doctors' CVs. Had idea of what was going on and needed doctor to assess, diagnose, and treat. Dr. Sachs is fantastic. His bedside manner, coupled with wit and humor, makes appointments relaxing and humorous. He also thoroughly explains his diagnoses and works with the patient to determine best course of action. Day of surgery, I also received a call outside business hours to see how I was doing and feeling. Will definitely return here for treatment in the future.

I just had my first visit at Rocky Mountain Foot and Ankle and saw Brett Sachs. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He was very straight forward and didn't push or hold back. His assistant, Jessica, was also very nice and knowledgeable. Based on the first visit I'd recommend this office. After my follow up appointment in 3 weeks, I'll let you know if 5 stars are in order!

Dr. Kruse and his assistant, Paige, and the woman at the front desk were so pleasant and friendly. As a new patient, I got checked in and seen fairly quickly. Dr. Kruse was thorough in his examination and explained everything to me in a way I could understand and set up a plan of treatment. I came home and told my daughter, who is having foot problems, that I highly recommend she go see Dr. Kruse.

I've had heel pain for months now and I have been considering a cortisone injection for some time now. Well, I decided to bite the bullet today. What a game changer! Thank you Dr. Brett Sachs for answering all of my questions and making my visit a pleasant one. What a great doc and so nice.

Dr. Paden was kind and knowledgeable. We went in for a toenail trim and the doctor found a small pressure ulcer on Fred's ankle. By finding it early we can get to healing!
