Acne Treatment
Our acne treatments combine medical-grade topical solutions and advanced therapies to address mild to severe acne. Using benzoyl peroxide, antibiotics, and extraction techniques, we target inflammation and prevent scarring. Patients receive personalized skincare regimens and lifestyle guidance to maintain clear skin through long-term management strategies tailored to individual skin types and severity levels.
Botox
FDA-approved Botox injections temporarily reduce muscle activity causing dynamic wrinkles. Our dermatologists strategically administer treatments for crow's feet, forehead lines, and frown lines using precise dosing. Patients see results within 48 hours, with effects lasting 3-4 months. Follow-up sessions maintain youthful appearance through controlled muscle relaxation around expression lines.
Skin Cancer Screening
Comprehensive skin exams detect early signs of melanoma and non-melanoma cancers. Our board-certified dermatologists perform total-body evaluations using dermatoscopy, followed by biopsies when necessary. High-risk patients receive specialized monitoring plans. We educate on self-examination techniques and sun protection strategies to prevent future skin damage and cancer development.
Dermal Fillers
FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers restore facial volume and smooth wrinkles. We offer Juvederm and Restylane products to enhance lips, cheeks, and nasolabial folds. Treatments take 15-30 minutes with immediate visible results. Our providers use advanced injection techniques to achieve natural-looking volume restoration while maintaining facial expressiveness and symmetry.
Psoriasis Therapy
We manage psoriasis through customized treatment plans combining topical medications, phototherapy, and biologics. Our approach addresses plaque psoriasis, guttate, and inverse forms through controlled UVB exposure, prescription creams, and systemic treatments. Patients receive education on trigger avoidance and lifestyle modifications to reduce flare-up frequency and severity.

Great and considerate people to work with. It is truly a blessing to find this kind of service, expertise, and professionalism up here in the mountains. Doctor Cabiran and his assistants are the best in the area to handle anything in the field of Dermatology.

The staff was very friendly, I was in and out very quickly. I think going to that office was a great choice and I would recommend it!

The worst patient to provider experience I have ever had. The NP completely lacked empathy and sympathy, spoke as if she didn't believe my symptoms, and unwilling to complete a deep dive to assist as a "specialist" should. The worst 15 minutes ever and I would not recommend their services.

Great Dermatology practice! My appointment was on time, the front office staff friendly and professional, and I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Cabiran. The office is clean and they even still use cotton gowns!
