We may not accept all coverage products offered by these plans. We encourage you to contact our office or check with your insurance company to ensure our doctors are in your health plan's network. If your health insurance is considered an HMO, you have been assigned a primary care physician (PCP). Your PCP may be affiliated with a specific medical group such as Sutter Independent Physicians (SIP). Your assigned medical group requires that you obtain a referral from your PCP in order to be seen by one of our doctors.

We are honored to be your preferred cardiovascular medical group. We are committed to provide exceptional cardiovascular care within a reasonable time frame. Patients with urgent medical needs are given priority in the appointment system. Appointments for non-urgent medical problems are scheduled according to severity within a few days to a few weeks.

If you have to leave a message, kindly include your name, telephone number and the best time that we can reach you. As a courtesy, Roseville Cardiology Medical Associates verifies your benefits with your insurance company. A quote of benefits is not a guarantee of benefits or payment. Your claim will process according to your plan and if your claim processes differently from the benefits we were quoted, the insurance company will side with the plan and will not honor the benefit quote we received.It is the policy of Roseville Cardiology Medical Associates that payment is due at the time of service unless other financial arrangements are made in advance.
