Services
Cataract Surgery
Cataract surgery removes clouded lenses and replaces them with artificial implants. Our center offers dropless cataract surgery, a patented technique reducing infection risk through antibiotic injections. Patients benefit from improved vision clarity and reduced glare sensitivity, particularly during night driving. This procedure addresses age-related vision loss affecting daily activities.
Glaucoma Treatment
Our glaucoma management includes iStent procedures and laser treatments to reduce intraocular pressure. Early diagnosis prevents optic nerve damage through regular eye exams. We specialize in treating open-angle glaucoma and other variants using medication, laser therapy, and surgical interventions to preserve vision.
Diabetic Eye Exams
Comprehensive diabetic eye exams detect retinal damage caused by blood sugar fluctuations. Annual screenings identify early signs of diabetic retinopathy through retinal imaging. Our specialists monitor vascular changes and macular edema to prevent vision loss in diabetic patients.
Macular Degeneration Care
We diagnose and manage dry and wet age-related macular degeneration through OCT imaging and angiography. Treatment options include anti-VEGF injections for wet AMD and nutritional counseling for dry AMD progression. Regular monitoring helps maintain central vision critical for daily tasks.
Routine Eye Exams
Comprehensive eye exams assess visual acuity, refractive errors, and overall eye health. Our optometrists perform contact lens fittings, dry eye evaluations, and scleral lens assessments. These exams detect early signs of ocular diseases while updating corrective lens prescriptions for optimal vision.

If you don't mind waiting in the parking lot for more than an hour plus another 15 mins in the waiting room to see the eye doctor, then this might be the right place for you. Totally unacceptable! 2.5hours for a simple eye doctor visit.

Be very careful with this office they first tell you the charges per eye with a custom Lens is 795 per eye and that waiver you sign is a total waiver for everything is just not a consent form for him to perform the surgery then they go ahead and they bill your insurance then you get another bill on top of it after they got done telling you it was $795 per eye The experience was like dealing with a used car salesman

Only good things to say about them here! Always get in quickly - friendly, helpful, thorough and flexible. Just what patients need who are in need of semi-emergent care. So glad I chose this place as my go-to place to help me figure out what's going on with my eyes all of a sudden. I will be seeing ophthalmologist in two weeks and look forward to discussing his findings! Thank you!

I had my first visit at riverside eye center they are very professional and very friendly. They took the time to explain everything in simple terms for me. Had my eyes dilated for the first time the doctor explain the whole process and she saw me sitting in the car after the appointment she wanted to make sure I was still doing all right. She took the time to care even after the appointment. A+ service all the way.

Dr Whittaker has yet to get back to my husband concerning testing he did. Despite saying he would let us know in 7 days. It's been 14 days still waiting.

I had the absolute BEST experience at this facility and will recommending to others. I am 23 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing migraines and vision distortion for months. I had tried everything I could think of and had no relief. Riverside got me in within a couple of days. The staff was so personable and made me feel so comfortable. They treated me like a priority and got me further testing that day.

There was some waiting involved as they needed to consult with other specialists and during that time checked in on me, brought me water, told me where the bathrooms were etc. Honestly these small acts go such a long way. Both the staff and Dr. Sullivan called me later on to check in on me and explain everything that was going on very thoroughly to ease my worries. I felt like I was finally getting answers and it was such a relief. They made such a great impression on me and I wish there was more I could do then just write them a glowing review!
