Treatment of Injury Open for injuries on a no-appointment-necessary basis. Our medical providers are expert at treating work injuries and are highly experienced with workers compensation issues. Emphasis is on maintaining a high level of communication with the employer, and expeditious return of the employee to work.

A Federally Qualified Health Center's (FQHC) mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive care for individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay. FQHCs are community owned, nonprofit businesses governed by a board of directors comprised of area volunteers. FQHCs receive a federal grant under Section 300 of the Public Health Service Act.

A fundamental activity of KVHC includes operating clinical training programs in affiliation with institutions of higher education. These partnerships establish the framework needed to train and educate students who are working towards a degree in the health care professions. These individuals share in our mission and vision to serve medically underserved populations in rural communities.

The Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is our standard of healthcare. In a PCMH facility, each patient builds a relationship with a personal physician who is committed to keeping you healthy. Your and your care team are cooperatively involved in your ongoing health care. in other words, YOU are part of the care team at KVHC!
