Everyone has been professional and helpful from everything from insurance to the surgery. Dr. Billy J. Haguewood performed my surgery and i have been really satisfied with the results. No pain and a lot of gain. Love being able to see again. The world is truly a brighter place since having the surgery. This office was highly recommended to us and we drove from Utah to SC and it was worth the 2000 mile drive.
We plan to do it again when my husband has his done. I did opt for contacts that would free me from glasses and after 28 years i am finally free of dirty glasses. It has been about 2 weeks since the last eye was done and I am a satisfied customer. if you are a prior employee of AT&R be sure you mention it to the Billing department.

I was fit in because of eye injury. Didn't have to wait too long, but it was busy. Saw Dr. Dille very nice, knows his profession as top surgeon. Staff is awesome. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience. The staff was nice, but the Doctor was awful. He did not allow me to speak or listen to my concerns. I have been unable to see from my right eye since last Wednesday and I went here for help. The Doctor did not take me seriously nor care at all. He told me to use warm compresses and lubricating eye drops. I am a healthy 47yo who awakened last week unable to see from my right eye, I have worked in the medical field for 20 years and have never, ever treated a patient in such a horrible way. I guess if you are not looking to pay thousands for cataract surgery, AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST!

Amazing staff. Wait time checking in and seeing the doctor is prompt. Dr. McPhail has wonderful bedside manners, take time to understand the needs of patients. My husband was the patient, but Dr. McPhail respected my input as a caretaker. I would recommend this establishment without hesitation.

Recently took a family member here for a procedure. Very nice clean office and restrooms. Staff were very professional and the nurse after the procedure was as well. My family member is retired from the medical field and very impressed and happy with their services. We would definitely recommend Palmetto Eye & Laser Center to anyone in need of their services.
