Wow, never thought I would go through with my dream surgery. Yes, I started seeing signs of aging when I turned 50. My chin became a double chin, sides of the bottom of my cheeks started hanging, and my nose was wider. I then searched for several months for a plastic surgeon. I found the best double board certified facial reconstructive surgeon! TIMOTHY GRECO! I have a jaw line now and look! No double chin, no hanging skin, my tip plasty beaufully done and bringing my nostril in! Wow he went above and beyond what I ever expected! I feel motivated to work more on my health and make better choices on my eating. This has been life altering for me and my husband. The spark is back!

All I can say is, a Great Experience! Starting with the consult, Dr. Greco was thorough in all aspects, patient, and informative on all questions asked. The pre and post-op process with the staff was to perfection, and everyone was so courteous and experts in their duties. My surgery involved a facelift, upper & lower eyelid, a brow lift and CO2 laser around my mouth and eyes. Afterwards, the hands-on care and attention by Dr. Greco and his staff was amazing.
The operation was a complete success. I got the results I wanted, and as promised. What a skilled surgeon, doctor, and great guy. I would highly recommend Dr. Greco. If you are looking into a procedure, go nowhere else! The pricing is very reasonable and worth every penny and more. Simply said, "the best".

I had an amazing experience and result with Dr. Greco! I had a tip/septo revision surgery only 2 weeks ago, and I'm already feeling/breathing great and SO happy with the subtle, natural changes that I know will only continue to get even better. As a healthcare provider myself, I really value a doctor who is clearly confident in their skills, but also keeps the patient's comfort and experience as a top priority.
From my initial consult, I really felt that I could trust him to give me the best and most conservative results for my somewhat complicated case. He called me after the surgery to check up on me, including over the weekend. My main nurse, Brenna, was also really friendly and super helpful in explaining all the pre/post op care. I was nervous to get a septo-rhinoplasty for a long time. I thought that recovery time would make it impossible, or that if it turned out badly I would be stuck for the rest of my life. These fears were alleviated the moment I walked in the door of Dr. Greco's office. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and everything about my experience set me at ease and get me ready for the procedure.

I could not be happier with the results of my S Lift! It has been 7 weeks and my face is so much slimmer and my jawline so much more defined. I wish I would have done it sooner. Each member of the staff was so informative and caring, they really want the best for you. After meeting Dr. Greco got the first time I was fully confident that I could trust him with my face and I'm so glad I did. Highly recommended!

Dr. Greco and his staff are comforting and experienced in their work. I had the best experience with my Rhinoplasty surgery. I had my surgery back in July 2021 and in only 7 months have amazing results. A big concern of mine going to have such a major surgery was comfort and I found that in Dr. Greco's practice. I highly recommend him. He does AMAZING work and is very knowledgeable!
