It is physician owned and physician managed. This means that the care you receive, in every respect, is in accordance with the policies of its physician-owners.

Franconia Office

If possible, complete the Mobile Check-In on your phone prior to arrival. When arrived at the office, please come to the door. You will be screened with temperature and quick questionnaire. If there are no problems with the screening you will then finish the check-in at the window. Medical office visits are by appointment.
