The nurses here are very rude! Second, the doctors care only for money, because if your child needs a specialized doctor they insist to send him/her to them first, so you will pay them, instead of just giving you the letter of recommendation! If you need to forward any of your child's health record somewhere else, they ask you to pay for that! And they also care more for the Covid vaccine high statistics, than for the health of your child! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Since I am not able to respond you to your comment, I am adding my response here on this posting: I am not sure what do you mean by saying "You haven't heard from me yet"!
I have written you two emails, one 19 April and the other May 2, and I am attaching a photo of the last email here so you can see that I did reach to you but you didn't respond none of these emails. I haven't called you because why bother anymore and spending my time on the phone with you since I left you and I am not turning back to you anymore! Anyway you can call me (you have my phone) anytime and I will explain you in details about your bad service!

I highly recommend all the doctors in this practice. My children have been seen by doctors here for over 7 years. We love the care we receive and the kids actually like to come to the doctors office. The staff is caring and always helpful. Thank you to all the doctors and staff for everything they do for our children!

Shocked to see the reviews are anything less than 5 stars! We've been coming to Pediatric Consultants of Troy since 2014 when my daughter was born. We've been to both locations throughout the last 8 years and both are worth 5 stars. The staff is friendly, the doctors are great, and both locations are always clean. Highly recommend them for new mothers and their babies/young children!

I absolutely love this pediatrician office. I was taking my son to another office when he was first born. I am a first time mom and the old office had told me my son was colicky because I was over feeding him. I changed offices and never looked back. PCT took my son as a patient right away and asked me to bring him in to be seen when I mentioned my concerns. I brought him in and they not only tested him, they treated him and I like family from the start.
They were able to change his formula right away and within a day, he wasn't colicky anymore. I wish I had gone to them from the start. Hannah the PA really helped him! Dr. Dryer caught my son's flathead super early. We were sent to get it seen and his treatment was very smooth. We are so grateful she caught it early on! Dan the PA is AWESOME! Soooo happy he is a part of the team. He takes his time with my son and answers all of my questions during the visit. Awesome Office, I would recommend anyone to them! Great practice!

I bring all four of my children here; I moved to this side of the state especially for one of the doctors at this practice they are amazing here they listen and take their time with your children my kids love this place and their MA Laura is the best one when it comes to giving vaccines she is quick and makes it seem painless

The reviews listed are nothing to what we've experienced at PCT. We had a newborn during the start of COVID and for not one single for second were our needs not met since then. We go back and forth between both locations which is nice to have flexibility and have seen all the providers. Hard to have a favorite doc when they're all so great. I was super worried about my daughter's shots experience and the medical assistant was phenomenal.
I appreciate the fact that sick kids and healthy kids are separated, especially now more then ever. Now that my daughter is a little older the front staff are always so kind to engage her attention with stickers and smiles. We've referred everyone we know to PCT & will continue to do so. Thanks for everything!
